By registering or using the d9999 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of the terms below. If you are unsure about any term, please contact Support before you start.

1 Account & Registration

Opening an account at d9999 is completely free. However, a few key conditions must be met at registration — all designed to keep members safe.

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on d9999. Any underage account found will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same phone number, bank account, device, or IP address, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• The name, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and active. Incorrect details may cause issues with withdrawals later.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• For KYC verification, d9999 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

2 Deposits & Withdrawals

D9999 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer as payment methods. A few key payment terms are outlined below.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300. For bank transfers, the minimum is ৳1,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level.

• The Welcome Bonus applies to first deposits only and can be claimed once per account.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 30x–40x), meaning you must wager 30–40 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering — some games may be excluded. This is clearly stated on each offer's page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, d9999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Once a promotion expires, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.

4 Betting Policy

To maintain a fair and transparent environment in d9999's betting section, certain rules must be followed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If the Cash Out feature is available, you may use it.
• If an official dispute or review is ongoing regarding a match result, d9999 may suspend settlement of the related bet.
• If an obvious odds error (abnormal or impossible odds) is detected, d9999 reserves the right to void the affected bet. Bets that deliberately exploit suspected errors will not be settled.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, all winnings will be void and the account will be closed.
• Odds change quickly in live betting. The odds accepted at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• The cashout option may not always be available. If a cashout fails due to network or technical issues, the original bet will be settled as normal.
