Match cancellations and mid-game abandonments happen from time to time, and d9999 has a clear policy to handle them.

If the match is cancelled entirely: If a match is declared cancelled before your bet is placed, the bet is automatically voided and your stake is refunded. No win or loss is counted in such cases.

If a match is abandoned after a certain time: Under standard international Sports Betting rules, if at least 55 minutes of a football match (or the required number of overs in other sports) have been completed, the result may be considered valid. d9999 follows the ruling of the relevant sports governing body when making this determination.

If a live bet is interrupted mid-match: If a match is abandoned after a live bet has been placed, d9999 will attempt to settle the bet based on the result at the time of abandonment. If the result remains inconclusive, the bet will be voided and the original stake refunded.

For any disputes or uncertainties regarding a cancelled match, please contact support@d9999.my immediately with your bet ID. The support team will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
